Corporate Culture

Culture is our craft.

We’re a Hong Kong–headquartered cultural agency built on craft, candor, and cross-border fluency. Our team works across three continents, our mascot lives across every page, and our code of conduct fits on a postcard.

Mission · Vision · Values

What we believe.

Mission

Connect cultures through creative capital. We move people, projects, and ideas across borders so creators can do their best work and institutions can serve their audiences.

Values

Craft. Candor. Cross-border fluency. Creator-first. Four words, four promises — engraved on every project plan we send and every invoice we issue.

Our story

A Mong Kok office. A global outlook.

Runzeculture started as a small consultancy on the upper floors of Lucky Horse Industrial Building in Mong Kok. Our founders were a cultural economist returning from London, a producer coming off a touring exhibition, and a software engineer who’d shipped a ticketing app for the West Kowloon Cultural District.

They saw the same gap over and over: brilliant cultural work, and second-rate operational infrastructure. So they built a practice that pairs editorial taste with operational rigour — and a mobile app that puts every project update into one inbox.

Eight years later, Runzeculture operates from Mong Kok with project desks in London and New York. We now offer eleven services, ship a culture-manager app on both Google Play and the App Store, and partner with over a hundred creators, institutions, and brands every year.

Our mascot

Meet Pando, the Runzeculture mascot.

Pando is a slightly-too-curious red-and-black panda who lives in a Mong Kok office, drinks too much milk tea, and answers every client call with a wave. Pando appears on every page of this site, in every load-in of the mobile app, and on every wall of our office.

Pando isn’t decoration. They’re a tonal anchor — a promise that cultural work can be both serious and human, both rigorous and warm.

Team spirit

A deliberately small, deliberately senior team.

We hire for craft and cross-border fluency. Most of our senior team has lived and worked on at least two continents. Every engagement is led by a partner who’ll be in your inbox all the way through.

Mong Kok (HQ)

Our headquarters on Tong Mi Road — bilingual project management, content production, and engineering across all eleven service lines.

London (2026)

A growing UK & EU desk focused on cultural project investment co-flow, exhibition shipping logistics, and partnership structuring under UK GDPR.

Remote everywhere

A permanent remote bench of cultural producers, editors, marketers, and developers across the US, Brazil, Singapore, and South Korea.

Social responsibility

Two commitments we’ve made openly.

  1. 1. Cultural education

5% of senior-team hours every quarter are reserved for pro-bono consulting with cultural-education non-profits in HK and SEA. Mentorship + workshops, no marketing strings attached.

  2. 2. Sustainable supply chain

Every arts & crafts sourcing partner is asked to disclose material origin and working conditions. We publish an annual supply-chain report and work only with suppliers who align with our standards.
